At DENSO we like to invest in future generations by giving them the opportunity to experience work in our company.
As a result, DENSO participates in many career fairs where we meet students and explain to them what DENSO is about, what they can expect to find at DENSO and what possibilities we have to offer them.
Such a student fair took place during the Automotive Career Day day at HAN (Hogeschool Arnhem en Nijmegen) in Arnhem on 29th September, 2015.
During this career day, students following different automotive studies were able to visit the presentation stands of approximately 35 automotive-related companies.
The students came from:
These 1st, 2nd and 4th year students had the opportunity to get to know the companies and discuss options for traineeships and graduate assignments.
More than 200 students visited our stand and had the opportunity to find out more information about DENSO directly from HR representatives from the Netherlands and Germany.
Students seemed very open and they were interested to find out more. The aspect that they liked the most was the fact that our company’s official language is English. They all seemed eager to try to work in such an international environment.
DENSO staff also gave presentations to the students, in which they explained more about DENSO as an employer.
This Career day attracted a lot of enthusiastic students, some of which have already sent their resumes for a traineeship or graduation assignment to DENSO.
