MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB :
Support the expansion of the Independent Aftermarket in UK and Ireland. Collect, analysis, and evaluate Market, Product, and competitor data .Collaborating effectively and efficiently with Denso Europe HQ Product Team
MAIN TASKS OF THE JOB :
Support sales with customer stock profiling and price requests
Personnel: No direct line manager responsibilities
Resources: Office based - provided with and responsible for company car, mobile phone and laptop for business use.
Planning: Support the development and planning of the annual sales plan. Support area and key strategic customer growth (DENSO Europe defined). Identify key areas of profitable product growth. Support and provide recommendations for new part and new product range introductions.
Decisions - Business cases to be raised for discussion with Line Manger / EU Product Manager for changes to customer terms, discounts, special or promotional prices.
English & Maths GCSE or equivalent
High level of analytical skills
Excel –high standard
No UK automotive aftermarket experience but a successful product management track record in other industry.
Excellent communicator and confident presenter. Clear and concise written and oral communicator with high analytical skills Process driven.
Professional manner, highly presentable (self)
Ability to develop and maintain relationships
Highly motivated and disciplined
Can perform under pressure
Respectful to colleagues and peers
Ability to work as a team player within UK and European teams
Due to nature of role candidate must be flexible, be able to work unsocial hours due to deadlines and be prepared to stay away from home when required.
