close to Amsterdam. DENSO Europe houses various European level functions ranging from centralized Accounting to Business planning.
In addition, Weesp is the European HQ for DENSO's After Market activities in the Business Unit After Market & Industrial Solutions both for Original Equipment Spare parts (OES) as well as the Independent After Market (IAM). The Fleet department is responsible to act as the top 3 Bus Air-Conditioner supplier with >20% market share and to keep 100% Bus Air-Conditioner market share in Hong Kong
The Customer Service Section within the Fleet Department is responsible for On time delivery, Demand planning, Purchase, Stock- and data management.
Due to maternity leave we are looking for a temporary fulltime replacement of our Customer Service Representative (m/f) for the period may 15-December 31st, 2017.
In this role you will be responsible for
Direct window to customer order control (buyer)
Demand planning and purchase to vendors.
Order management (ensures on time delivery, correct documents and manage supply risks)
Supply problems analyses and propose countermeasures
Ownership for stock management (optimize total amount, Sell out excess and minimize scrap amount)
Accurate E1 system data management (Data stewardship)
Support Debtor control follow up activities incl Debit and Credit notes creation and control.
Maintain KPI dashboard (Service ratio, Stock Amount, Debtor, Gap analyses, Next steps )
For this challenging position, the ideal candidate has:
• Bachelor degree level obtained through education or experience
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant customer service/supply management experience
• Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills
• High problem-solving skills
• Result and quality driven
• Professional knowledge of Excel as well as Lotus Notes, Oracle JD
Languages and travelling
Fluent English speaker and writer
