For the Aftermarket Sales UK and Ireland Department within the After Market & Industrial Solutions Business Unit we are looking for an:
AFTERMARKET SALES EXECUTIVE – NORTH EAST.
As Sales Executive Aftermarket you will be responsible to achieve the Annual Sales Plan by sales and gross margin targets, to develop the current and future Aftermarket product range and to identify and open new customers and channels. You will report to the UK sales Manager and be employed by DENSO Sales UK.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Achievement of the Annual sales Plan,
Development of all product ranges through appointed distribution routes (existing and new),
Efficient territory management relating to journey planning, customer visit cycle and prospect activity,
Support 2nd level activity when appropriate (Installer / Garage),
Attend and organize customer trade shows, exhibitions and events,
Professionally represent the DENSO Aftermarket operation and be the major interface between customer and internal departments,
Accountable and responsible for the resolution of customer issues and recommendations for improvement or solutions,
Provide accurate and regular reports to customers (e.g. Sales figures) and line management as defined or requested,
Support Strategic buying group activity as required.
You have English & Maths GCSE or equivalent
Micorsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint
Worked in UK Automotive aftermarket for minimum 3 years or a successful sales track record in other industry
Excellent communicator and confident presenter
Be able to work unsocial hours and be prepared to stay away from home when required.
Home office-Field based. Equipment and company car provided
